TOO CUTE TO EAT, ANYONE DARE?

Amezaiku, candy crafting (Not a mod for Minecraft) is something that would make some people crazy. You don't find a candy with high quality very often. (Except for ones may or may not look as it says on a package with your glasses off.)

Amezaiku Yoshihara makes very cute candies and they also accept customize order. Cat, dog, fish, dinosaur, flower, you name it.

They even make a candy portrait of you. Although it takes 7 days to finish up, you only need to e-mail with your pictures attached to them and pay at the store.

AMEPYON IS OBVIOUSLY THEIR FAVORITE.

Rabbit shape candy named "Amepyon" must be their favorite, they opened a website specially for it. Posing and design are fully customizable.

AMEPYON IS NOT THE ONLY THING.

As I mentioned, they also make a portrait candy for pretty much anything. (Except for copyrighted characters, logos, buildings, cars.) Send them pictures taken from different angles (3 to 5) and pay at the store. Just remember it takes around 7 days to complete.

You need to send pictures including front, side, back, and possibly different facial expression by e-mail. (smile, sad, angry on your wish.)

Standard candies: around ¥1000 (Varies)

Pet portrait: ¥3,240

People portrait: ¥8,640

ARE THEY EXPENSIVE?

It depends on your expectations really. Standard candies cost around ¥1,000, pet portrait candies cost ¥3,240 and people faces for ¥8,640. These candies are hand made one by one, so not hard to image they are not making thousands a day.
