Chip star by Yamazaki biscuits
ONE OF THE NATIONAL FAVORITE, "CHIP STAR". THERE'S ALSO A LIMITED VERSION SOLD ONLY AT SEVEN ELEVEN JAPAN!
"Chip star" (チップスター) by "Yamazaki biscuits" (ヤマザキビスケット) is one of the national favorite in Japan since it was first sold in 1976. For more than 40 years, "Chip star" have been top sales of potato chips, being simple flavor and mouth-melting texture.
Its texture is a bit similar to Pringles but with much milder saltiness and flavor. If you like Pringles and, also, if prefer lighter flavor, "Chip star" should be your best buddy for movie day.
There's also Seven-eleven limited edition of Chip star found at the stores. Here's their review.

18 chips covered with chocolate.
Covered with chocolate is only one-sided, thought a bit of disappointment at first glance. But it was soon proved unfounded as I took the first bite. To enjoy the most of it, one-sided coating is the best way.
Sweetness of the chocolate is mild and saltiness of the potato chip is also mild. So, when combined, they make a perfect harmony.
Limited Chip star may soon be sold out while stocks last. If you see one at Seven-elevens in Japan, I recommend you to try some.
Where to buy: "Yamazaki biscuits"
Standard Chip stars are domestic sales and can be found in supermarkets and convenience stores. Only "Chip star chocolate" is limited in Seven-eleven in Japan.
