Facial treatment mask at Isshindo.
JAPANESE TRADITIONAL PERFORMANCE, KABUKI.
Kabuki.
It's a traditional Japanese theatrical performance and registered as intangible cultural heritage.
Kabuki has history of hundreds of years and still entertain the people. What most appealing thing of it is unique "make-up" which is used to emphasize actor's body.
Colors that they wear also have meanings; red color represent "justice", blue for "villain", and brown for "monster".
FUN TO WEAR PLUS IT HELPS MAINTAINING YOUR BEAUTY.
When I had a flight to Tokyo, landed on Haneda airport a couple of years ago. Wondering about, looking for what to buy souvenir for my mates back home, and wanting something special, something that'd make them surprised.
I was hopping from shops to shops, with heavy bag killing my shoulder. And found this facial treatment mask, sold by "Isshindo-Honpo".
Back then, they sell only a few kinds of design of facial treatment masks at the store. The package is made of paper but solid. It almost reminds me smoothy box of X-BOX, texture was similar. (PS4 box is...)
Anyway, bought like 20 packs and gave them to friends and colleagues. They all loved it.
Ingredients used are:
Water, glycerin, BG, sodium hyaluronate, collagen, vitaminC derivative, camellia extract, tea leaf extract, prunus iannesianas etract.
Kabuki face pack costs ¥900. 2 packs.
Gene Simmons and Eric Singer of KISS for ¥900.
Paul and Tommy version is also available.
