Kanaami Tsuji (金網つじ) does by hands. They are known for making high quality wire mesh used to handle and cook tofu. Tofu is one of the most fragile foodstuff in Japanese food. Handling tofu, therefore, requires specific type of tool.

Even if tofu isn't your daily food. This beautiful wire mesh can be always used for anything-else. Stainless and copper version is available. Prefer copper because its color gets cooled off as being used often. (Such faded color is called "Ibushi" (燻し or いぶし) in Japanese.)
