Kitchen knife by Kanesoh

NEARLY 150 YEARS RUNNING KNIFE SHOP IN OSAKA.

After visiting Shinobiya in Asakusa, Kanesoh, the kitchen knife shop would be a nice place to go. Although, Kanesoh don't make imitation swords, they make real sharp knives for delicious flesh.

Kanesoh is also a very long-run company. Founded in 1873. So, nearly 150 years of making and selling quality knives.

Tools other than knives are also available. Scissors to cut foodstuff but also flowers and branches, long serving chopsticks, and so on.

Kiritogi Deba 90mm, (キリトギ出刃 3寸).

Suitable for chopping small fish.

Kiritogi Deba 120mm, (キリトギ出刃 4寸).

Price: ¥7,500

Suitable for chopping fish size such as goby, sillaginoid, and conger eel.

Kiritogi Deba 135mm, (キリトギ出刃 4寸5分).

Suitable for chopping horse mackerel, sardine, and macherel.

Kitchen knife 180mm, (洋包丁 6寸). Price: ¥7,500

Hand casted knife that is made of all steel. Perform excellent sharpness.

Stainless petit knife 150mm, (ステンレス ペティナイフ 150mm).

Hard stainless resist to rust semi-permanently. Probably the one that has closest hardness to steel.

Kanesoh special scissors, (かね惣特製 料理鋏). Price: ¥5,300

Hard stainless. Popular scissors that the sharpness last almost forever.
