Marusei butter sand is famous sweet made by a company called Rokkatei. The company is located in Hokkaido, have been running the business for more than 80 years.
Raisin and Hokkaido butter is mixed with the cream, then put between fluffy biscuits. The biscuits are very fluffy, crumbles and melts in your mouth. Cream is so thick, matching perfectly with sweet and sour raisin.
