Ninja, in other words "Shinobi" items are sold at "Shinobiya". Although ninja swords and sharp items may be hard to export due to current social condition. You should be able to buy Ninja cosplay and bring back home.
If you are desperate to buy ninja swords, ask shop staff if the item can be sent to abroad. Or go to post office and send it by yourself. Make sure the item can be accepted at the custom of your country.
Other items, like mugs, stickers, T-shirts, and other goods and accessaries are available at the shop.
