Palet chocolat by BEL AMER
BEAUTIFULLY MADE CHOCOLATE SATISFY VISION AND TASTE.
Chocolate shop called Bel Amer makes beautiful chocolates, "Palet chocolat". Approximately 2.3inch diameter size palette is decorated with dried fruits, nuts, candies and chocolate.
As of now (June 2017), there are 30 different flavor of Palet Chocolat sold at each store, including seasonal limited ones.
Bought some to review. Hope this'll be interesting.
Orange.
Price: ¥281
Syrup preserved orange peel, walnut, almond, hazelnut, and dried cranberry are topped on orange flavor chocolate. Orange scent is probably the first feature you enjoy. Orange peel and dried cranberry are chewy. Depending on where you bite, tastes differently and every parts are very enjoyable. Sweeter than expected.
Fraise.
Price: ¥281
A french word for strawberry. Topped dried strawberry gives unique texture, kind of mixture of crispy and chewy. White chocolate is definitely sweet, making a perfect match with naturally taste strawberry.
Love pig.
Price: ¥281
Cute pig is what motivated me to buy. Palette and red heart is bitter chocolate. Pink lovely pig is made with colored white chocolate, slightly sweet. Sweet-ness is mild but bitter-ness is strong.
SUMMER SEASON LIMITED CHOCO.
Anmitsu.
Price: ¥281
Anmitsu is Japanese traditional summer sweet, served with adzuki paste, sweet dumplings, gelatine jerry made of red seaweed, and fruits. The visual of this Anmitsu chocolate is in an authentic way. When it comes to taste, it'll be a whole different story. White and milk chocolate are used as palette. Toppings are dried pineapple, apricot, and cherry, White balls are made of serial, making it very crispy texture, Sweet-ness of this chocolate is strong.
Ramune soda.

Ramune is Japanese soda drink, tastes similar to sprite. Smell and taste of it is just like soda. Lemon powder which follows nicely after the bite makes it even real. Also, "Pachi-pachi" candy is topped. It's a candy sparkles in your mouth. (popping candy). Really enjoyed this one. Looks like stars in night sky.
Coffe float.
Price: ¥281
You can smell the coffee as soon as you open its package. Crushed coffee beans are mixed in white chocolate, crunchy and chewy texture. Coffee beans on top are coffee flavored chocolate. For me, coffee-addicted (drink coffee 7-8 times a day), I am definitely buying one of these when I bought fancy coffee. Every piece of the chocolate tastes differently. Sip and bite.
Palet chocolat is surely not the only products they make. Brownies, liquored sweets, and so one. Check out their store and get something no one has ever given it to you!
