Pecan nut chocolate by Salon de Royal

THIS CHOCOLATE WILL MAKE YOU COME BACK TO JAPAN.

Pecan nut chocolate made by Salon de Royal, a chocolate shop in Kyoto is way too delicious. Knowing won't leave a scratch, but tasting is a game changer of your life.

I guess I'd have to emphasize that I am not being paid to write about shops on my blog. This chocolate is too delicious to stop eating.

Pecan nut is a kind of walnut, but tastes less bitter and has more vegetable fat than walnut, making it very smooth, but rich taste. Even if you don't like walnut because of its bitterness, there is quite a possibility that you like pecans.

Chocolate they use for this products is couverture, purest quality chocolate of all. (Normally, chocolate consists of cocoa and low quality hard butter, fat, etc)

Price is not too expensive. Considering their product quality, using rare nut and pure chocolate, really reasonable. You can buy 120g for ¥750, including tax.

I have to warn you. Last thing you want to do is to buy 120g and leave. Buy at least 240g before getting onto a plane. (I will guarantee it won't be enough.)

Pecan nut chocolate, kurogoma.
