There aren't many companies specialized in herbs in Japan. This is because market of herbs in Japan depends on imports. "Komorebi garden" (こもれびガーデン) is one of the rare companies handles herbs that are additive-free, naturally grown. The herbs of the company is packed in towery case combined by small plastic cases.
The company was founded in 2002 as a free space for women. There has been concerts, private exhibitions, cultural lectures had been held at their garden. They finally started producing herb and spices in 2007.
The owner of the company - Ms. Ota is very passionate not only the products to be additive-free but also food as whole. She says how disappointing to know that there are so many restaurants in Japan use artificial unnatural seasonings. That's is a part of why she keeps making naturally grown additive-free spice and herbs.

radish
tofu
"Komorebi garden's additive-free herb salt"
ginger
olive oil
Got some leftovers of veges in fridge. Here's very simple, easy-to-cook, salad spaghetti recipe with Komorebi's herb salt. Very simple.
Boil water for spaghetti with no salt.
Cut veges into 5cm length or so and put in a bowl.
Cut ginger into thin stripes for 3cm length and place in water drainer for spaghetti.
(By doing this, ginger will be nicely cooked by residual heat of cooked spaghetti.)
Put olive oil, tofu and the tablespoonful of herb salt in the same bowl.
Toss what's in the bowl until the herb salt is well spread, as you go, tofu will be scrambled.
(Make sure they are bit salty at this moment.)
Before spaghetti gets completely cooked, take same amount of hot water as olive oil and mix with the sauce to emulsify.
Mix cooked spaghetti and prepared sauce.
That's all!
With this recipe, you don't have to waste leafy leftovers which tend to go bad fast. Plus very healthy, and absolutely delicious!
Some people may wonder what is tofu for. Well, tofu makes the saltiness milder and more smooth. By adding soft tofu in the sauce, simple make it taste of pro.
My advise is to core of vegetables will be much better texture by giving a little heat of boiled spaghetti same as ginger.
