PASTRY WITH HIGH JAPANESE QUALITY.

Pastries made by Gionsakai opened up a new world. Using green tea made in Kyoto and other ingredients such as fruits, whiskeys and so on. Although not all the ingredients are made in Japan, some products use french made butter. Style of pastries are in Japan style.

Enryoku.

Price: ¥1,944

Baumkuchen. Green tea made by long-established tea house, Morihan is used plenty, making it has rich fragrance. It also has bitterness and mildness of soy milk made in Kyoto. Such delicate harmony chimes in the mouth.

Rokkasai kumquat.

Price: ¥2,160

6 different fruits are used in this pound cake. Fruits will be changed throughout each year, they choose best seasonal fruits.

Hakuraku.

Price: ¥2,700

Butter cake. French made high-class butter is used plenty. Making it melts smoothly in you mouth.

Hakuraku.

Price: ¥1,512 to ¥1,944

3 different flavors are available. Ganache is put between mild sweet chocolate sables. Most preferred one is Yamazaki. Japanese single molt whiskey is used in the ganache.
